This includes:

  • 25-30 photos inside and out

  • Professionally edited to stand out

  • Usual turnaround time = a few hours

  • Will negotiate if the home is a smaller than average

  • If the home is larger than average, I won’t charge you a penny more

Ask me about other packages (drone shots, survey shots/lines, etc.)

  • Usual turnaround = 48-72 hours (or pay extra for 24 hours)

Look, I didn't back into real estate photography. I'm deep in the industry, and frankly, I got tired of seeing mediocre photos sabotage great properties.

My entire career, from navigating the chaos of sales and property management for five years, to my current role as the Director of Leasing for a major CTX management company, has been about one thing: getting listings noticed and getting deals done.

A listing's first impression is everything. It's the moment someone decides to either scroll to the next listing or book a showing. My approach is simple: I shoot photos that don't just document the space, but demand attention. It's not magic, it's just knowing what works, having the right gear, and not wasting time.
